And I click "save"

I log and issue and get the screen that says I will be sent an email. The email does not arrive. Checked address even tried a different one. Checked Trash and B...

In iOS6 on 4s and iPh5, the app will not accept the "Short summary of problem" text field. With that, the app is not usable.

Some times problems can't be associated with an address, but can be much better described using coordinates.

In order to avoid the need for the email loop, optionally use BrowserID to get the user's address.
