Sort order is non-intuitive

The sort order appears non-intuitive due to the large number of organisations that start with 'The' and the cluster this creates when sorting. Can we list organisations without the 'The' or move it to the end of the organisation name e.g.
Ministry for the Environment, The

Good idea. I really don't have a good list of organisations and really want to list Local councils as well (I'll add these as we get datasets from councils listed.)
Plan: Go into WP admin and edit the names. At the same time I can update their descriptions.
