Add dataset added/updated field to the output

In terms of adding a last updated field I am a little reluctant to that as it would mean that the data could get stale quite quickly unless there is
I was really meaning the date of the database record, rather than the when the dataset was updated. OnUpdate trigger on the database and exposing the field would do it.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
Added updated time - Need to format it right though. Can be done with the redesign of the layout for this page.
